In the state of New Mexico Divorce law, there are 4 permitted grounds for divorce.
These four grounds are desertion, extramarital sex, barbaric treatment, and incongruity.
Also, either both or anyone spouse should reside in New Mexico for at least a year prior to filing the divorce case.
Maximum petitions are documented based on incompatibility. However, incongruity persists due to discord of the personalities.
