Kansas Contract laws state that two parties of a contract are required to perform their duties as mutually agreed upon.
The Act confirms a breach of contract to have taken place when:
- A party fails in performing his obligation under the contract within the agreed timeframe.
- When the quality of work performed is not as per the standards as agreed upon in the agreement.
- When either of the party makes it impossible for the other to perform the duty or obligation.
