As per Maryland codes of law, the aggrieved party of a contract has the right to seek a legal remedy for various subsequent losses suffered due to the non-performance of obligations by the other party.
- The Court may order for the contract fulfillment where such an Act will compensate for the loss suffered by the party.
- Where it is not appropriate, the Court may order the defendant to compensate in sums of money for the financial loss suffered by the plaintiff.
- Any extra cost incurred by the plaintiff for completing the task due to non-performance by the defendant will also reimburse.
