In Florida, to receive compensation for breach of contract, a promissory has to prove the following matters in the Court:
- There was an actual contract between the parties in writing, the obligations under which were not adhered to by either of the parties resulting in the breach of contract.
- The party should prove in the court the non-performance of duty or any act performed by the other party that made the promise impossible to accomplish.
- Finally, the aggrieved party should file a complaint in the court, along with the contract attached to it as an exhibit.
