• The net income of both the parents and the number of children is considered for determining the net liability for child support.

• The percentage to be apportioned for child support will range from 20% to 50% of the non-custodial parent, where the number of children extends from one to six or more.

• The financial requirements of the children, the custodial parent, and the non-custodial parent shall also be taken into account by the court before awarding the custody amount.
