The Wyoming Child support guidelines calculate the child support amount based on the income of the parents and the number of dependent children.

  • The custody amount will be used to cover the expenses to raise the child without degradation in the standard of living.
  • Income from all sources of the parents shall be accumulated to derive the gross income from which federal taxes paid, health insurance premium paid, social security, court ordered support income will be deducted to arrive at the net income.
  • The guidelines will prescribe a percentage of 20% to 36.8% for two children and a one percent increase for every additional child.
