requires insurance companies to partner with the State in indemnifying and defending insurance claims of State employees.

  • The Mortgage Foreclosure Consultant Regulation

regulates the actions of real estate professionals.

In addition, the Bill provides consumers three grace days to rescind the contract with foreclosure real estate dealers.
