
In the state of Kentucky, the Circuit Court would create a decree of dissolving a marriage if the court finds that either of the parties,
at the time the execution was initiated, habitant in the same state.
Also in case the habitant resided at the state for 6 months prior to the documentation of the petition.
- No order shall be given until the parties have lived apart for 60 days.
- The court may order a conciliation conference as a part of the hearing.
- After the entry of a verdict for legal separation it would take one year for the court on motion
to convert the decree to the end of marriage.
