Kentucky Divorce Law
In the state of Kentucky, the Circuit Court would create a decree of dissolving a marriage if the court finds that either of the parties,
at the time the execution initiated, habitant in the same state.
Also, the habitant resided at the state for 6 months prior to the documentation of the petition.
- No order shall give until the parties have lived apart for 60 days.
- The court may order a conciliation conference as a part of the hearing.
- After the entry of a verdict for legal separation, it would take one year for the court on a motion
to convert the decree to the end of a marriage.
