  • 1st offense – Fine up to $25,000 and imprisonment for 5 years.
  • 2nd offense – fine up to $50,000 and 10 years of imprisonment.
  • 3rd and any subsequent offense – fine up to $75,000 and an imprisonment of 15 years.
