West Virginia real estate laws with a code section of 5-11A-5; 37-6-5.

According to the real estate laws of the state,

General terms in the rental agreement:

A tenant signs a rental agreement with the landlord following the real estate laws.

They generally include:

  • The terms for the payment of rent, either weekly or on monthly basis.
  • The terms about the amount deposited by the tenant as a security deposit for renting the property.
  • The terms of the termination of the agreement and the refund of the amount, this is to be paid as a security deposit.
